The ImageOrganizer can be used in a company by employees to receive and view Latest News Information, distributed as graphics.
The company must have a computer network, between the Image database, and each employee that shall receive Latest News Information.
Latest News Information must be saved in reserved (.BMP) files, with previously agreed filenames. The employee must have a copy of ImageOrganizer, and must in advance, locate the reserved filenames. The employee must make a meaningful description of the information, that are going to be passed through the (.BMP) file. The description text will be displayed on the Content page of ImageOrganizer.
The employee can view the Latest News Information with a click on the description text, from the Content page.

The Image can be moved smoothely around the screen by holding down the right mouse button when the cursor is on the Image. This is quite useful when the Image is larger than the screen. Close the Image with a click on it with the left mouse button.
To edit the Image database record, click on the Image description text with the right mouse button. You will now enter the Edit page. You can write your own Image descriptions in the 'Note' field. The Content is automatically updated.
Free-text search is available for the Content pages.
Registered users can make new Content pages and sort alphabetically the descriptions of all the Content pages.
You can generate an Ascii file with the text from all your Information records. In this way you are able to export all your records, to another database program, or to a registered version of ImageOrganizer.

You must first go to a Content page. Click with right mouse button on any description text. You will now enter the 'Information Record' for the selected Image. From the 'File' menu, select Export. The Export dialog box will appear.

The name of the database file is IMORG001.TBK. This file can be duplicated to form a new database file.
Simply copy the original IMORG001.TBK (or from an original that you have prepared, removing the examples) to a new database filename. The new database filename must have the extension .TBK.
To launch this new database file from windows, you must add a new Program Object to the ImageOrganizer Group. Highlight the ImageOrganizer program group by selecting it with the mouse.
